Intern Development
Our internship program is designed to help students build the financial knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in the real world. Through hands-on learning and meaningful exposure to the financial services industry, interns will develop a strong foundation in financial literacy while exploring how wealth management, financial planning, annuities, debt solutions, and other financial strategies can help people achieve their goals.
Interns will learn from experienced professionals through workshops, mentorship, job shadowing, and public speaking, gaining firsthand insight into how financial decisions are made and how advisors serve real clients. They’ll then have opportunities to apply what they’ve learned through practical projects, real-world scenarios, and collaborative experiences.

Company CRM
Interns will utilize the company’s CRM and gain a solid understanding of how technology, data, and client relationship management support financial professionals in building and managing their businesses. This is aimed at developing fundamental technical and management skills relevant in today's job market.
Mentorship and Training
Our interns receive comprehensive training, delivered through both in-person and virtual sessions. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will help you build key skills, including public speaking, financial literacy, and a strong understanding of the company's structure. We provide free one-on-one tutoring, bootcamps, and in-office/ virtual classes.
Interns will build meaningful professional connections throughout the program. You'll meet and learn from a diverse range of industry professionals, including a vice president, brokers, business owners, agents, and more — gaining firsthand insight into different career paths and perspectives within the industry. We will work alongside you to make meaningful connections in your desired career field.

Is this a paid internship?
This isn't a salary-based internship. However, we do offer licensing classes for financial services as an optional resource — if you choose to complete them, you'll become qualified for commission-based income as an intern.
In-person or virtual?
Interns have the option to attend either in person or virtually. We highly recommend hands-on, in-office attendance when possible — our in-office days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. For those who need virtual training, sessions are structured to be flexible and accommodate student schedules.
Schedule and commitment?
Have a busy schedule? No worries — our internship program is designed to accommodate busy people, whether you're a full-time student or juggling multiple jobs. With flexible, certified trainers, we can meet you where you're at.
What financial topics do we cover?
As an ERA intern, you'll cover a wide variety of financial material, including but not limited to annuity statements, financial planning, debt solutions, infinite banking, investment accounts, and more.
Quotas and performance expectations?
Once accepted, you'll be assigned a supervisor who will guide you throughout the program. Much like a course, the internship follows a structured but light regimen — regular attendance and a manageable workload rather than a heavy, full-time commitment. We will evaluate your progress based on your grasp of the financial material and your understanding of key topics. We know interns come from different situations, so students and anyone who needs additional time or flexibility will be accommodated.
Course credit?
Yes — we communicate directly with schools on your behalf to help you receive course credit for your internship. A number of our interns have successfully received credit this way, and others are currently going through the process now.
