ERA Internship — Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the ERA Internship Program (“Program”) and use of ERA’s internship website, application forms, training materials, events, and related resources. By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Program Purpose

The ERA Internship Program is designed to provide participants with educational and professional-development opportunities related to business, financial literacy, insurance, financial services, sales, marketing, leadership, and career development. Participation does not guarantee employment, licensing, academic credit, compensation, or any particular professional outcome.

2. Eligibility & Applications

Applicants must provide accurate and current information during the application and enrollment process. ERA reserves the right to accept or decline applicants and to establish reasonable participation requirements for the Program.

Applicants are responsible for confirming with their college or university whether participation qualifies for academic or internship credit.

3. Educational Nature of the Program

Training, presentations, discussions, examples, and other materials provided through ERA are intended for educational and professional-development purposes. Nothing provided through the Program should be interpreted as individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice.

Participants may not represent themselves as licensed financial or insurance professionals unless they independently hold all licenses and authorizations required by applicable law.

4. Compensation, Employment & Licensing

Participation in the ERA Internship Program does not, by itself, establish an employer-employee relationship or guarantee paid employment.

If participants are presented with opportunities involving commissions, insurance licensing, sales, contracting, or other compensated activities, those opportunities may be subject to separate agreements, licensing requirements, appointments, background checks, or other conditions. Any compensation associated with such activities should be governed by the applicable separate agreement rather than participation in ERA alone.

5. Relationship With Other Organizations

ERA is independently operated. References to third-party companies, products, educational resources, or professional opportunities are provided for informational or program-related purposes and do not imply that ERA is the corporate website, legal representative, or official internship program of another organization unless expressly stated in writing.

Third-party organizations may maintain their own eligibility requirements, policies, contracts, licensing procedures, and terms.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully when interacting with other interns, staff, clients, prospective clients, businesses, universities, and members of the public. Harassment, discrimination, dishonesty, misuse of confidential information, fraudulent representations, or other unlawful or seriously unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the Program.

Participants must not make false or misleading statements regarding ERA, their qualifications, financial products, insurance products, compensation opportunities, or affiliated organizations.

7. Confidentiality & Program Materials

Participants may receive training materials, presentations, processes, documents, or other information that is not intended for public distribution. Participants agree not to improperly disclose confidential or proprietary information provided to them.

Unless otherwise stated, participation does not transfer ownership of ERA's branding, training materials, website content, or other intellectual property to the participant.

8. Personal Information

ERA may collect information submitted through the internship application or Program, such as an applicant's name, email address, telephone number, educational information, and other information voluntarily provided.

ERA will use applicant information for legitimate purposes related to administering the Program, communicating with applicants and participants, and managing internship opportunities. The collection and handling of personal information should also be governed by ERA's separate Privacy Policy.

9. No Guarantee of Results

ERA does not guarantee employment, income, commissions, professional licensing, academic credit, career advancement, business results, or financial outcomes from participation in the Program. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors, including participation, qualifications, licensing requirements, individual performance, and opportunities available to the participant.

10. Changes or Removal From the Program

ERA may modify Program schedules, training, requirements, activities, or resources when reasonably necessary. ERA may also suspend or end a participant's involvement for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, or failure to satisfy Program requirements.

Participants may discontinue their participation at any time, subject to any obligations contained in separate agreements they may have entered into.

11. Third-Party Websites & Services

ERA may provide links or access to third-party websites, platforms, educational materials, or services. ERA does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, policies, availability, or practices. Participants should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using third-party services.

12. Changes to These Terms

ERA may update these Terms as the Program develops or as legal, operational, or regulatory requirements change. Updated Terms will become effective when posted with a revised effective date unless otherwise stated.
